With only a 40ft wide lot, we designed a beautiful 2000 square foot home with a focus on outdoor living. The lot is across the street from the lake and features a a wine cellar, rooftop bar and private breezeway with a beverage station for the ultimate entertainer. This home is currently undergoing construction fundraising.
