Madison Street, Sag Harbor-

This is our largest project to date. Project Madi was acquired as a multi-year rental and development project. Sag Harbor is home to some of the most luxurious and design forward Hamptons real estate and we plan to make Project Madi fit right in. What you see below is Madi 1.0 which underwent cosmetic upgrades like hardware, painted cabinets, Surecrete countertops and updated lighting. Project Madi will be rented for two summers while we await permitting for a larger development which will include two additions and a pool before divesting.
